Dispatch

We do our utmost to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. We try to ship orders placed before 12:00 no later than the next working day.

However, we are not always successful in achieving this. For example, sometimes products are unexpectedly out of stock and delivery of your order may take a little longer. If, for whatever reason, we ship your order later, we will of course inform you.

Postage costs

The prices stated do not include shipping costs. We ship orders over €50 for free. For orders up to €50, we charge €4.95 shipping costs.

Delivery

Delivery is via the DPD parcel deliverer. In general, after shipment, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
